Hello my name is Bruce, owner of TechCare. I thank you for taking the time to visit my page. The meaning behind the name TechCare is very simple, taking care of technology. My mission is to bridge the gap between technology and the people who use it.
With the consistent, and rapid change in mobile technology many people are afraid to use their devices or struggle with learning how to use it or what to do when the device is not working properly. They are then left trying to get help over the phone, or from their family/friend who gets annoyed with all the questions.
My goal is to alleviate the burden technology imposes on many people by:
• Improving the way people learn how to use their mobile devices.
• Increasing confidence in people’s abilities to use their mobile devices.
• Helping people understand how their mobile devices operate so they can use them in the most effective and efficient way.
